4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Brazilian Reais (R$) and include taxes, where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but will not affect orders already completed.

Payments are processed via the MAX APP , ensuring total security and fraud protection.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery time varies depending on the type of shipping chosen:

  • Free Shipping : 6 to 15 business days

  • Express Shipping : 3 to 6 business days

The tracking code will be sent to the customer as soon as the order is shipped.

6. Exchanges and Returns

The customer has up to 7 calendar days after receiving the order to request an exchange or return, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

To do this, the product must be:

  • No signs of use

  • With original packaging

  • With all accessories included

The warranty varies depending on the product type. If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team for evaluation and replacement, if applicable.

Sundian Store is not responsible for:
