Exchange, Return and Refund Policy – Sundian Store

At Sundian Store , we work to ensure you're satisfied with your purchases. Our exchange, return, and refund policy follows the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

1. Right of Withdrawal (7 days)

  • The customer may cancel the purchase within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with art. 49 of the CDC.

  • The product must show no signs of use , with original packaging , manuals and accessories intact.

  • To request a return, please contact us at suporte@sundianstore.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

2. Exchange due to Defect

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect , the customer may request an exchange within 30 calendar days after receipt.

  • The item will be analyzed. If the defect is confirmed, we will send a new product at no additional cost .

  • If there is no availability in stock, the customer can choose another product of equivalent value or request a refund.

3. Return Conditions

  • We will not accept returns of products damaged by misuse , drops, impact, water or improper installation.

  • The product must be returned with the invoice (when applicable) and all original accessories.

4. Refund

  • After receiving and checking the returned product, the refund will be made within 7 business days .

  • Refund methods:

    • Credit card: the refund will be requested from the card operator and may be posted on up to 2 subsequent invoices.

    • PIX or boleto: direct refund to the bank account provided by the customer.

    • Refund: within 7 calendar days

5. Shipping Costs

  • In cases of return due to regret , the return shipping is at the customer's expense.

  • In cases of defect or error in shipping , shipping costs are the responsibility of Sundian Store .
