🔄 Exchange, Return and Refund Policy — Sundian Store
At Sundian Store, we value transparency, trust, and customer satisfaction.
Our exchange, return, and refund policy was developed based on the Consumer Protection Code (Law nº 8.078/1990), ensuring a safe and transparent shopping experience.
1. Right of Withdrawal — 7 Days
In accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the customer may request the cancellation of the purchase within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
For the return to be approved, the item must:

show no signs of use;

contain original packaging;

include accessories and items sent;

be in perfect condition.

2. Exchange Due to Manufacturing Defect
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer may request an analysis within 30 calendar days after receipt.
After evaluation and confirmation of the defect, Sundian Store may carry out:

product replacement at no additional cost;

sending a new item;

store credit;
-
or a full refund.
If the product is out of stock, the customer may choose another item of equivalent value.
3. Conditions for Exchanges and Returns
Requests involving products with the following will not be accepted:

signs of misuse;

damage caused by drops;
-
inadequate contact with liquids;

natural wear and tear;
-
modifications or incorrect use.
The product must be returned with all original accessories and items sent.
4. Refund
After receiving and analyzing the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refund methods:
Credit Card
The reversal will be requested from the card operator and may appear on up to two subsequent invoices, depending on the administrator.
PIX or Bank Slip (Boleto)
The amount will be directly refunded to the bank account provided by the customer.
Estimated timeframe:

5. Shipping Costs
Purchase withdrawal
The cost of return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
Defective product or shipping error
All reverse logistics costs will be fully paid by Sundian Store.
6. Products with International Shipping
Some products sold by Sundian Store may be subject to international shipping.
In these cases, exchanges, returns, and refunds will follow the rights guaranteed to the Brazilian consumer, respecting the necessary logistical processes.
