📦 Order Processing
- After payment confirmation, your order is processed .
- The tracking code will be sent to the registered email within 5 to 10 business days after payment confirmation.
🌎 Shipping and Deadlines (International Shipping)
- Free shipping to all of Brazil — no minimum order.
- Estimated delivery time: 6 to 20 business days , counted after the supplier dispatches the goods to Brazil .
- For orders with more than one item, products may be sent in separate shipments , generating more than one tracking code.
Note: Because this is an international package, tracking information will only appear on the Correios website after the package has first been shipped within Brazil. This may take approximately 5 to 10 business days to appear.
🔍 Tracking
- Track your delivery on the Track Order page, through 17Track or directly at the Post Office .
- If your order appears to have been out of date for several days, please contact us so we can check with logistics.
🛃 Customs and Inspection
It's common for international orders to pass through customs centers like Curitiba, Paraná , or Rio de Janeiro, RJ . During periods of high volume, temporary hold times may occur for inspection by the Federal Revenue Service, which are not included in the estimated delivery time.
💸 Import Fees/Charges
- You pay only the amount displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Any additional fees or customs charges are the responsibility of Sundian Store .
- If you are asked to pay any amount (e.g., customs fees), do not make the payment and contact our support team immediately. We will either process the shipment or refund the amount, depending on the circumstances.
📍 Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your details at checkout. We are not responsible for any failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses .
- If the order is returned due to an address error, you will need to pay for new shipping costs for resending.
⏱️ Deadline Expiration and Support
- If the estimated delivery time is exceeded, we recommend checking the tracking code . If the Post Office informs you that they do not have the package, contact us immediately.
- We'll initiate a logistics review with our suppliers. If any irreversible shipping issues are confirmed, we'll offer free reshipment or a full refund .
